Clinical Supervision Training has been scheduled for the week of May1-5, 2023.  There are two available locations, Erie and Ligonier.  Please download the registration form by visiting the Training Announcements page of DDAP's website(Training Announcements (  Please note that this is a new curriculum, and there is a pre-requisite requirement.  Details can also be found on the Training Announcements page.
3/21/2023 UPDATE - DDAP has recently completed a data clean up project that involved users with duplicate accounts.  All training records have been merged into one of the user’s accounts, and all other accounts have been made inactive.  Because of this project, you may need to access TMS with a different username, as well as update any other information on your account, such as your employer.  By merging duplicate records, you will now only need one login to access your complete training record and registration will be much easier, as SCAs will not need to try and determine which is the correct account to use.

DDAP is reminding all users that they should not be creating new accounts if they are unable to access their existing account.  If you are unsure if you have an account in TMS or are unable to access your account due to a forgotten password or change in email address, please send an email to  In the email, be sure to include your name, date of birth, email address you want on your account, and a phone number where we can reach you if we need additional information.
PASSWORD RESET INFORMATION - If you are locked out of your account or forgot your password, please email  Include your name, date of birth, the email address you want to be on your account, and a phone number where you can be reached if we need additional information.
Please note that if you cannot attend a training, you MUST cancel your registration by clicking “Cancel Registration” in the left navigation menu.  Select the course name and follow the prompts. If you do not cancel your registration and do not show up for the course you will be charged a $50 No Show fee and will not be able to register for any future courses until the fee is paid.
