ATTENTION – Due to a TMS upgrade, users are required to change their password and create security questions for password reset.  DDAP is no longer be able to provide passwords; instead, the security questions will verify your identity and allow users to change their password without needing to contact DDAP.  Passwords will also need to be changed every 60 days and include 3 of the 4 following criteria:  uppercase letters, lowercase letters, number, and special characters (!, @, #, $, etc.).  DDAP understands this is a big change to TMS, but please be assured it is being implemented to further secure user data.

If you are having difficulty viewing the website, please try deleting your browsing history and cookies.

Be sure to add to your safe sender list.

Participants cannot miss more than 30 minutes of a training.  Arriving more than 30 minutes after the training begins, or missing more than 30 minutes throughout the day by stepping out of the training or returning late from breaks or lunch, will result in the participant not receiving credit for having attended.  If a participant is going to miss 30 minutes or more of a training, they should contact the DDAP Training Section immediately to receive direction on how to proceed.

Please note that if you cannot attend a training, you MUST cancel your registration by clicking “Cancel Registration” in the left navigation menu.  Select the course name and follow the prompts. If you do not cancel your registration and do not show up for the course you will be charged a $50 No Show fee and will not be able to register for any future courses until the fee is paid.
